Working on an extremely dark little piece right now… it’s the first time I’ve had to step back from my own work, take a little breather and kinda go… whoa… easy there fella.
Also makes me wonder where that “line” is… not the ethical line or gross-out line (because it’s not that kind of story) but the “line” that divides what a reader wants to read and what they’d rather not.
Aren’t there things you’d rather not witness? That you’re better off not seeing?  But then, isn’t that horror?
Ech… anyway, it’s gonna be great 🙂
